- From our very first meeting, I'll provide you with a well-prepared and comprehensive market analysis with comparable sales in the area.

- You'll get excellent marketing for your property and exceptional visibility!

- You’ll receive a courtesy call as soon as your property listing goes live online. The purpose of this call is to find out if you're satisfied with the listing and the photos (in HDR format) taken by the professional photographer.

- You'll receive a verbal report 1-2 days after each visit.

- You'll receive regular written reports from the real estate agents.

- You'll receive regular reports on sold properties comparable to yours in your area.

- You'll receive the “click” statistics of your listing on a regular basis.

- During the sale, we'll call you regularly. We check in with you to see if you have any questions, if we need to replace the sign, and so on. We take time to discuss anything else you'd like to know about selling your property.

- Throughout the transaction, from the promise to purchase, to the inspection and the notary, I'm there for you. I’m with you every step of the way, so you don’t need to worry!

- I'm easily reachable at all times on my cell phone, and if you leave a message, I will call you back within 2 hours maximum!
